I haven't been bitten by the art bug in some time, I'm working on a mural in the gym I workout at. And spend most of my free time sleeping, with my girlfriend, or trying to crank an hour or two into borderlands 2. I'm only like a rank 17 assasin, now they have the mechromancer class. I want to be one but I don't want to start over, I just started being a bad ass. Lame!

Anyway going to try and post more stuff. I have been wanting to get into a series of americanized and older manga characters that I am a fan of. Such as Naruto, One Piece for instance. It's kind of hard to draw a realistic version of chopper and franky but I'll try my best in my own style. I tried a while back with gintama characters and failed miserably. I'm starting to try and make my characters seem a bit looser and not so stiff, I know I should be studying figures to accomplish this rather than making them up in my head.

Also who's been reading comics as of late? I just killed a bunch of books off of my pull list as I felt they were getting stale, annoying to read. Green Lantern still has potential to be entertaining. Aquaman while the art is awesome I just don't give a shit whats going on, 13 will be my last issue to see what happens with black manta. Incredible Hulk while the groups of artists they have working on this book have kind of thrown buyers off the stay angry storyline is money. I actually look forward to reading hulk and Ultimate Spiderman, that's my shit right now.

Haunt, Batman, All Star Western, TMNT, Swamp Thing, and Animal Man are all locks as far as my pull list goes. As long as Robert Kirkman and Ryan Otley keep pumping out Invincible Hard Covers then I'll keep reading invincible. I just love big pages with no damn ad's all over the place. And they look great on my book case.

Anime for the most part I've been watching a lot of new stuff. There used to be a way to share your watchlist on crunchyroll. Aside from Naruto, and One Piece I've been watching seasonal Anime, lots of great stuff. Btooom looks to be pretty interesting, as well as Blast of tempest. But then again I'm a sucker for anything from madhouse and bones animation studios.
